Spanish Omelete Recipe – Receta de Tortilla Española.
Serves two to three people.
It´s cooked in a 20 cm smooth frying pan.
Ingredients
(150cl) 3 tsp olive oil
1 medium potato, diced
4 Grade 2 eggs
1/2 level tsp salt
Cooking instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add dice the potatoes and fry until it’s cooked.
Beat two eggs
Pour beaten eggs into pan over diced potatoes .
Cook for about 3 minutes at a low gas mark.
Cook until the egg mix is set, then
Transfer mixture onto a dish
Place it back in the pan
Cook on the other side
Leave for 2 or 3 minutes
Cut into 2 or 3 portions
Serve in individual plates
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a tomato salad.
